1. Right of return
   You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened , unused and in their original packaging .

2. Refund process
   After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7-10 business days using the original payment method used.

3. Shipping costs for returns
   The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the delivered product is damaged or defective – in which case we will cover the costs.

4. Non-returnable items
   For hygiene reasons , opened products , used cosmetic items and personalized or discounted products are excluded from returns.
